Being quite confident that I would get into the best junior college in my town in the first round, I never considered any other option. I loved psychology since childhood, but engineering was the safest choice. Being born into a middle-class family, thinking of risking your career to pursue the medical field was not sensible. I grew up hearing &#8216;Only doctors&#8217; children can afford that field&#8217; and eventually ended up believing it. No one around me believed in taking risks. Everyone valued security.
